The rise in the scaling index suggests a higher kinetic reaction rate, signaling an increased risk of scale deposition. Upon injecting DosTraet™ I-70 into the well, there was no further tendency for scale deposition, affirming that the subsea scale inhibitor injection rate was suitable under those conditions.
