Eliminate the Costs of Lifting,
Hauling and Disposing of Water

Water Shutoff Solution is part of most enhanced oil recovery (EOR) operations because the need for shutting off unwanted water production is common to the entire spectrum of well life cycle. A successful choice and implementation of any such technique is as demanding as the objective of the job.
Oil and gas production companies are seeking for economic solutions to either reduce operating costs or improve hydrocarbon production. Our goal is to excogitate, accelerate, and collaborate to bring the most innovative technologies to our customers.
We are here to offer extensive expertise and solutions to help improve many of the EOR methods and to solve some of the most complex challenges and to address specific customer needs.

Achieve More in Production

There is a cost associated with handling excess water. It either needs to be disposed of by re-injecting it into the reservoir or a separate disposal well. Some water production is inevitable but the best way to tackle unwanted water production is to shut it off downhole.

Success and profitability of any EOR operation is crucial for achieving maximum oil production potential while reducing the water production. We provide polymer technologies to enhance gelation time allowing for maximum penetration to your formations. Take a look at our Water Control and Water Shutoff Solution for polyacrylamide (PAM) compounds.

Conformance Control Polymers

These polymers are conventional solutions to water shut off challenge. They can be crosslinked with metal-organic crosslinkers to form stable gels and then control water conformance.

Product Name Description
WaterCurb™ HMW-1 The product is crosslinkable copolymer based on high molecular weight polymer.
WaterCurb™ LMW-5 WaterCurb™ LMW-5 used as a rigid gel for near wellbore penetration to shut off water influx.

Relative Permeability Modifiers

RPM is the class of chemicals that cause so called disproportionate permeability reduction (DPR). Polymer adsorption onto formation lowers the permeability to water with little change to the permeability to oil.

Product Name Description
WaterCurb™ RPM Microgel The Microgel polymer behaves as shear thinning fluids, facilitating their injectivity in field operations.

Consistence Manufacturing Process of Polymers

Hydrophilic monomers or prepolymers dissolved in an aqueous solution polymerize through a radical-initiated polymerization and causes free radical polymerization of the hydrogel chemically and producing a 3-dimentional hydrogel. The dried hydrogel will be grounded to microgel particles having different mesh sizes.

Microgels are polymer species with internal cross-links, which make them more rigid and larger than conventional high-molecular weight polymers currently available in the market. These microgels represent high potential of water absorption and retention under well pressure.
