Stimulation is a crucial stage in well completion that create a highly conductive flow path between the reservoir and the wellbore. It allows oil and gas to flow freely into the well and to the surface. It also removes the severe plugging in sandstone and carbonate formations. As technology and treatment techniques have evolved, the needs and requirements placed on the chemistry.

On the other hand smart stimulation treatment designing drives hyper efficiency, lower environmental footprint, economical performance and decrease the personnel exposure.
Well’s productivity enhancement is achievable with hydraulic fracturing and matrix acidizing  in both conventional and unconventional reservoir in sand, carbonates, or shale. Enhanced productivity and oil recovery results from new flow channels which natural gas and oil can be recovered from the targeted formation.

Acid Emulsifier

Acid emulsified is a highly retarded HCl system designed to overcome acid penetration problems. Standard hydrochloric acid reacts very quickly in carbonate formations. The reaction is so rapid in high temperatures so that it is impossible for acid to penetrate, or creates wormhole, longer than a few inches into the formation. In such cases, the acid is rendered ineffective to stimulate the well. The acid retards the acid reaction rate, enabling deep, live-acid penetration.

Flowback

The flowback surfactants provide surface tension reduction, resulting in maximum fracking fluid removal and avoiding emulsion formation at initial oil and gas recovery. During flowback, the previously built-up high pressure is dissipated by backflowing a mixture of fluids, including the injected fracturing fluid, to the surface. The latter often becomes trapped in small capillaries inside the porous rock, preventing a maximum flow of oil and gas.
